You can check our forums, send in an email, or search our knowledge base if you're running into an issue or bug.

If you believe you’ve discovered an issue with Golioth, please first check the Golioth forums. Many issues can be resolved by checking the forum first.

If there are no references to this issue, please help us by reporting the issue here. If you believe this issue is related to a security vulnerability, please report that to security@golioth.io immediately.

Paid customers can contact support@golioth.io, message us via our shared Slack channel, reach out via private forum (if applicable), or contact their dedicated account manager directly for assistance.

You may also search for your answer in our knowledge base.

Paid customers can use their login to report bugs through the web console under “support”.
